1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on cor77, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

cor77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 3.3 Mental and Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you have previously self-excluded from gambling platforms or services, you are not permitted to create an Account on cor77 until any such exclusion period has expired.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited. cor77 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and void any winnings derived therefrom.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use the Services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to keep your registration details up to date and notify cor77 immediately of any changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cor77 is required to verify the identity of all Users in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (KTP – Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before making your first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility. 4.4 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain;

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cor77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All transactions must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment methods may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits are processed instantly and will appear in your Account balance within seconds of confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved);
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met or the bonus forfeited;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by cor77;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets. In certain cases, additional verification may be required, which may extend processing time to up to 24 hours. cor77 reserves the right to impose additional security checks on large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000.

5.4 Transaction Fees

cor77 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the User.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

cor77 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus amount"). 6.3 Bonus Abuse

cor77 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated betting with other Users, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without risk, or exploiting technical errors. Users found guilty of bonus abuse will have their Accounts closed and funds forfeited.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the cor77 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. cor77 does not interfere with game results or outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a postponed, canceled, or abandoned match, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is completed within 48 hours. cor77 reserves the right to void bets placed on matches where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or other irregular betting patterns.

7.3 Live Casino Rules

9. Limitations of Liability

9.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cor77's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all wagering requirements and verification procedures have been completed.

10.2 Suspension by cor77

cor77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached these Terms & Conditions;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity;
• You are underage or have provided false registration information;
• Your Account is being used for money laundering or other criminal purposes;
• You have abused bonuses or exploited software vulnerabilities;

Upon termination, any bonus funds or pending bets may be forfeited. Genuine deposits and verified winnings will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to cor77.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers) for a period of 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. cor77 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant Accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling platforms operating in jurisdictions where cor77 holds licensing. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters.

11.2 Dispute Resolution
